📋 Description

• Write and manage social media content, including posts, captions, community engagement, and replies/DMs • Write articles, blog posts, and other written marketing content • Brainstorm and pitch marketing campaigns, promotions, and ad concepts • Help create ad copy and creative concepts for digital/social ads • Build and engage the community across social platforms • Stay on top of trends and regularly bring new ideas • Identify and create content for industry communities where buyers spend time, including Reddit, conferences, and industry events

🎯 Requirements

• Creative thinker who can generate ideas, not just execute a checklist • Strong writing skills across social media, articles, ads, and different tones • Ability to work with AI architects to turn ideas into agents supporting marketing and community outreach • Comfortable using AI tools for drafting, research, or idea generation • Self-starter able to work with ambiguity and figure things out • Experience with a small business or startup environment is a bonus • Experience with design tools is nice to have, not required • Basic knowledge of analytics/social insights is nice to have, not required • Past experience running a brand's social presence is nice to have, not required
