📋 Description

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture blueprints supporting scalability, resilience, maintainability, and long-term technology objectives • Establish architecture standards, engineering principles, and governance frameworks • Evaluate technical debt, architecture risks, and technology investments • Lead build-versus-buy assessments • Develop production-quality software components for critical enterprise applications and platforms • Design and implement large-scale backend systems, enterprise integrations, and event-driven architectures • Develop proof-of-concept solutions and prototypes for emerging technologies and architectural approaches • Establish coding standards and engineering best practices • Lead enterprise AI integration strategy and design AI adoption frameworks • Assess emerging AI technologies and support generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, and intelligent workflow integration • Mentor architects, technical leads, and software engineers through collaboration, code reviews, design reviews, and technical coaching • Guide technical decision-making across complex programs and strategic initiatives • Translate complex technical concepts into business strategies and executive-level roadmaps • Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, and engineering stakeholders on architecture and business alignment • Provide technical guidance during strategic planning, modernization, and transformation initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline • Minimum 15 years of experience in information technology, including significant experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and enterprise systems design • Experience serving as a Principal Architect, Enterprise Architect, Lead Architect, or equivalent senior technology leadership role • Extensive hands-on software development experience utilizing object-oriented programming principles and enterprise design patterns • Experience designing and building enterprise-scale systems, backend services, integration platforms, and event-driven architectures • Experience leading enterprise architecture programs, technical governance initiatives, and strategic technology transformations • Strong understanding of AI technologies, generative AI concepts, governance frameworks, and enterprise AI adoption strategies • Ability to mentor technical teams and influence enterprise-wide engineering practices • Exceptional stakeholder management, business communication, and executive presentation skills • Experience evaluating and implementing secure, scalable, and highly available technology solutions • Preferred advanced degrees in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Enterprise Architecture, or a related field • Industry-recognized architecture, cloud, or enterprise technology certifications are considered an asset • Availability to work 8:00 PM–5:00 AM Philippine Time (PHT)
