📋 Description

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries • Reconcile bank statements and company expenses monthly • Assist with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports • Support VAT filing and compliance requirements under UAE regulations • Track vendor invoices and contractor payments • Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking • Support the founder with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests • Manage invoicing and subscriptions • Use Xero-based accounting and AI-enabled finance workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 1–2 years of accounting experience • Comfortable working with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar) • Familiarity with UAE VAT and basic bookkeeping principles is a plus • Fluent in English
