📋 Description
• Manage the overall execution of specific task order(s) under the guidance of the Program Manager • Ensure technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner • Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and stakeholders • Manage task order execution within scope, schedule, and budget • Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams • Assign tasks and monitor team performance • Assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer, Task Order Managers, Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives • Support a proposal effort contingent upon award, customer approval, and successful onboarding requirements
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts, or four (4) additional years of related experience in lieu of degree • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience managing enterprise IT Support Services contracts supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) or other Federal agencies • Demonstrated experience implementing and delivering enterprise IT Support Services using ITIL-based Service Management and Service Delivery methodologies • Must possess a Moderate Risk (Confidential, Non-Critical Sensitive, IT II) security clearance with a Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation • Project Management certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or another recognized certification • DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level I • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and fulfill all contract duties and responsibilities
