📋 Description

• Generate pricing estimates for clients • Track pricing trends across sales verticals • Analyze win and loss ratios • Communicate strategies within the Sales department • Price and quote client estimates to win new projects • Maintain client relationships through regular communication • Consult with project managers to examine job details and goals • Track win/loss ratios to improve sales strategies and processes • Attend weekly department meetings • Work on special projects assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Proven closing skills and ability to build client relationships • Business development and account management skills • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications • Qualify, identify, and clarify client needs through effective questioning and listening • Analyze and synthesize information related to client needs • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Detail-oriented, thorough, accurate, and able to work quickly • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities • Excellent planning and organizational skills • Willingness to work occasionally during non-standard hours • Fluent in English • Fluency in another language preferred, but not required
