📋 Description

• Partner with sales to design and deliver unstructured data solutions tailored to local enterprise needs • Work independently and with OEM storage specialists to qualify and advance opportunities across Belgium • Lead technical deep-dives, whiteboarding sessions, and solution designs covering cross-border data replication, hybrid-cloud bursting, and multi-protocol file access • Run on-premises and public-cloud Proof of Concept deployments • Create technical proposals and RFP responses covering architecture, data protection, and performance at scale • Drive whitespace reviews, account mapping, and business planning to improve regional forecast accuracy and assess customer technical direction • Track regional trends including AI training clusters and EU sovereign cloud mandates • Contribute to case studies and technical content • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, sales resources, and partners

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in both Dutch and English • 5+ years in presales systems engineering • 3+ years focused on unstructured data, file, and object storage • Strong command of Windows, Linux, and Unix/BSD • Knowledge of NFS, SMB, and S3 protocols • Hands-on public cloud experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud • Cloud architect certifications are a plus • Working knowledge of the file and object storage market and its players • Consultative, value-based-sales approach with a track record of taking enterprise deals from first pitch to technical champion alignment • Willingness to travel up to 30% across the region • Applicants must be located in Belgium and have the right to work in Belgium • Bonus: familiarity with data centers, high-density cooling, connectivity ecosystems, Media & Entertainment, Life Sciences, Energy, HPC/AI, EU data privacy, and sovereign cloud requirements
