📋 Description
• Design the use of AI to deliver an outstanding customer experience and measurable business value • Develop simple, relevant customer journeys and conversational logic • Measure success using KPIs such as satisfaction and process quality • Translate ideas into robust business cases • Define impact hypotheses and prioritize them based on value, cost, and risk • Translate customer goals into concrete AI use cases such as chatbots and recommendations • Lead projects from discovery through go-live • Connect business functions, Operations, and IT • Facilitate the resolution of conflicting priorities and empower teams • Embed solutions sustainably across the organization • Ensure data protection, regulatory compliance—including the EU AI Act—and risk management • Monitor relevant trends and drive their adoption
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a comparable field • Several years of practical experience in Customer Experience, Consulting, AI, CRM, or Operations, ideally in the financial services or insurance sector • Strong understanding of AI- and data-driven solutions • Experience working on projects, preferably in agile environments • Experience delivering measurable process improvements in collaboration with Operations and IT • Clear communication skills and an independent, results-oriented approach • Confident use of standard IT tools and marketing automation platforms • Willingness and interest to deepen knowledge of data protection, information security, and regulatory requirements, including the EU AI Act
