📋 Description

• Handle complex claims in the field of general liability insurance • Review insurance coverage and liability • Adjust claims within existing authority limits • Work with and commission service providers and external claims adjusters • Conduct written and telephone negotiations with customers, sales partners, and involved third parties • Support civil litigation and independent evidence-preservation proceedings • Pursue potential subrogation claims • Review suspicious claims • Take over claims from professional liability insurance for architects following appropriate training • Opportunity to contribute to specialist and cross-functional topics and projects

🎯 Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) or completed training as an insurance and finance clerk / insurance and finance specialist (m/f/d) • Ideally, claims-handling experience in general liability insurance • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong negotiation skills • Team spirit • Customer- and service-oriented mindset • Independent and structured approach to work
