📋 Description

• Manage motor claims after completing the onboarding period • Assess eligibility for claims and benefits with regard to both the basis and amount of the claim • Process claims settlements and manage claims throughout the settlement process • Support civil litigation and independent evidentiary proceedings • Initiate and manage recourse claims through to successful completion • Implement claims management measures • Help shape team initiatives and contribute to managing change

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Specialist (m/f/d), qualified lawyer (m/f/d), or business economist (m/f/d) • In-depth knowledge of insurance contract law, liability law, and damages law • Experience in motor claims handling • Dedicated team player with a strong customer focus • Structured and organized approach to work • Willingness and ability to make independent decisions
