📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day L2 network and security operations, incidents, standard changes, and service tasks through ServiceNow • Provide 24x7 operational support for core enterprise infrastructure and application connectivity • Liaise with customer stakeholders, including incident response, disaster recovery, and information security teams • Resolve L2 incidents and execute change requests according to ITIL processes • Administer Palo Alto firewall policies, NAT, and VPNs • Troubleshoot Zscaler ZIA/ZPA access, cloud proxies, and Client Connector issues • Troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, VLANs, switching protocols, and Juniper Mist enterprise Wi-Fi • Manage Infoblox DNS records, DHCP scopes, and IPAM • Escalate complex issues to L3 teams with technical analysis and recommendations • Participate in major incident management, post-incident reviews, and root cause analysis • Own incidents through resolution and maintain clear stakeholder communication • Analyze security and network events, identify incidents, and implement corrective actions • Manage and assist with firewall rule changes, policy optimizations, upgrades, migrations, and configuration updates

🎯 Requirements

• Immediate joiner • L2 network and security engineering experience • Experience managing day-to-day operations, incidents, standard changes, and service tasks via ServiceNow • Experience with Palo Alto firewall policies, NAT, and VPNs • Experience troubleshooting Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, cloud proxies, and Client Connector issues • Experience troubleshooting BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and switching protocols • Experience with Juniper Mist enterprise Wi-Fi • Experience managing Infoblox DDI, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM • Experience with firewall rule changes, policy optimization, upgrades, migrations, and configuration updates • Knowledge of ITIL processes • Preferred certifications: PCNSA, ZCCA/ZCCP, CCNA/JNCIA • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to prioritize multiple incidents in a fast-paced operational environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams • Willingness to work flexible schedules and support critical customer situations
