📋 Description

• Conduct viability analyses of cases, identifying risks, opportunities, and the optimal social security strategy for each matter; • Draft initial social security pleadings for litigation; • Prepare judicial appeals; • Draft interim filings and motions; • Gradually assume additional responsibilities within the litigation practice, including participating in hearings and delivering oral arguments.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree with active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar); • Postgraduate specialization in Social Security Law is a plus; • Solid experience in judicial social security law; • Experience with cases involving special insured individuals, recognition of rural activity, means-tested/assistance benefits, and disability benefits; • Proven experience managing social security litigation from start to finish with technical autonomy; • Experience drafting initial pleadings, appeals, submissions, participating in hearings and other activities related to full management of a judicial social security caseload; • Preferable knowledge of legal practice management software, especially Astrea, and document management tools such as Dropbox; • Familiarity with Visual Law and the use of artificial intelligence tools applied to legal workflows is a plus; • Organized, committed and dynamic profile, with high standards for quality of deliverables, strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and workflows; • Collaborative attitude, clear and simple communication, and an interest in building a growth trajectory within the firm.
