📋 Description

• Mix and prepare martinis and other beverages • Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort • Deliver positive and timely responses to guest enquiries • Complete assigned duties and tasks in a timely and professional manner • Deliver departmental plans and objectives and achieve hotel initiatives and targets • Collaborate with the immediate supervisor to control costs and inventory • Attain productivity and performance targets • Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values • Ensure adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements, and best-practice activities • Plan, deliver, document, and follow up on activities for internal and external audits • Lead and inspire the bar team to create memorable guest experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in food & beverage service beneficial but not essential • Hands-on approach with a can-do work style • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service • Passion for the hospitality industry • Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of assigned duties and tasks • Personal integrity and ability to work in an environment that demands excellence • Experience working with IT systems on various platforms • Strong communication skills
