📋 Description
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of backend, frontend, and QA engineers • Design and implement reliable systems and applications in a micro-services architecture • Build and maintain integrations with 3rd-party vendors • Enforce observability best practices • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation • Monitor systems for opportunities to maximize performance
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of professional experience • 2+ years in a formal or informal leadership role • Expert-level proficiency in Go (Golang) and/or Python • Deep expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL) • Strong experience with Kafka • Advanced knowledge of AWS (ECS, EKS, RDS) • Experience building or improving CI/CD pipelines
