📋 Description
• Proporcionar soporte técnico y atención al cliente. • Resolver consultas de los clientes y problemas técnicos. • Mantener registros precisos de los clientes y de las interacciones. • Colaborar con equipos internos para escalar problemas complejos y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
🎯 Requirements
• Experiencia en protocolos de comunicación y redes. • Conocimientos en ITIL y Normas ISO. • Excelentes habilidades de atención al cliente, con énfasis en la comunicación telefónica. • Capacidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos, incluidos fines de semana y días festivos. • Estudios de Educación Media C.H./Técnico de Computación y tecnologías de información. • Manejo de la plataforma Microsoft y ofimática.
