📋 Description

• Deliver annual financial and operational performance targets for the EMEA group. • Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with RB Global’s corporate priorities. • Drive end-to-end deal management, partnering with sales teams to optimize pipeline quality, deal velocity, and win rates. • Review and approve annual plans for all regional sites, ensuring consistency and alignment. • Monitor Auction Site Contribution Statements (ASCS) in partnership with Regional Operations Managers and finance teams. • Evaluate KPIs and implement action plans to maintain or exceed performance expectations. • Ensure consistent and high‑quality auction experiences across all EMEA locations. • Lead and support the execution of multi‑channel initiatives including timed auctions, online events, and value‑added services. • Provide strong leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to Regional Sales Managers and operational staff. • Build collaborative, high‑performing teams through mentorship, development plans, and effective delegation. • Maintain visibility and engage directly with key customers, staff, and business partners during major auction events. • Represent RB Global within the broader business community and across internal teams. • Champion a culture of safety and accountability across all regional operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing or directing field operations teams, ideally across diverse regions or countries. • Demonstrated success leading operational initiatives and developing business plans that support growth. • Strong business acumen with understanding of operations, business processes, management principles, and budgeting. • Proven leadership capability, with strong coaching skills and commitment to developing high‑potential teams. • A high degree of customer service orientation and relationship‑building capability. • Experience working effectively in collaborative, team‑focused environments. • Strong prioritization and execution skills, especially in high‑pressure settings. • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the EMEA region. • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
