📋 Description

• Develop detailed 3D models of HVAC ductwork, piping, and equipment in Revit • Prepare mechanical and plumbing drawings, layouts, sections, and isometrics for fabrication and construction • Collaborate with architectural, structural, and electrical teams to coordinate designs and resolve conflicts through clash detection • Perform heating, cooling, and load calculations and size equipment and systems • Ensure designs comply with building codes, standards, and client requirements • Develop and edit mechanical specifications and technical documentation • Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, support construction, and review submittals • Provide technical support and assist senior engineers and project managers

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP • Experience with AutoCAD • Strong understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems • Knowledge of building codes and industry standards, including ASHRAE, NFPA, and IBC • Ability to perform design calculations and equipment sizing • Excellent English skills • Excellent coordination and communication skills
