📋 Description

• CRM strategy per account: build and maintain each brand’s roadmap (campaigns, flows, peak moments), develop monthly strategic plans (objectives, priorities, send volumes), and design ad hoc strategies (affiliate, Amazon plans, flash offers, founder storytelling, product launches, commercial peak periods). • Creative conception & briefs: translate vague client input into precise, differentiating briefs (angle, structure, modules, offers, technical details), challenge client requests (volume, feasibility) before handing them off, guide Co-Editors (CoRed) and Designers, and create pattern-interrupting emails rather than generic messages. • Klaviyo technical expertise: define sending and exclusion segmentation (VIPs, unengaged, customers vs non-customers, segments by subscription SKU), specify email logic (display logic, quick actions, dynamic links, Shopify variants), manage flows (Welcome, Replenishment, Churn, Browse/Cart Abandonment), and monitor deliverability and performance. • Pre-send quality control: validate segments, subject lines, offers and technical elements before each send; lead the quality review for your campaigns, identify root causes of errors and close fixes before the campaign is delivered to the client. • Client relationship: prepare and present monthly checkpoints (objectives, priorities for the month), ensure clear and responsive communication, especially during onboarding of new brands. • Production collaboration: coordinate asynchronously with the Specialist, Co-Editors, Designers and Email Builders to keep projects moving without dropping the ball.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in email marketing / CRM for e-commerce, ideally across multiple accounts. • Strong mastery of Klaviyo: segments, flows, campaigns, profile properties, and conditional logic. This is the core of the role — not something to be learned on the job. • Understanding of e-commerce subscription mechanics (SKUs, reorders, upsell/downsells) and the Shopify ecosystem. • Solid foundations in deliverability and email performance analysis (open rate / order rate, impact of formats, etc.). • Comfortable using Figma to brief and comment on mockups. • Excellent written French — deliverables and client communication are in French. • Rigour and reliability (sends go out on fixed dates and mistakes are visible), proactive communication (clarify rather than assume, escalate blockers early), and autonomy to manage multiple accounts in parallel.
