📋 Description

• Account-level CRM strategy: build and maintain each brand's roadmap • Creative conception & briefs: translate vague client input into a precise brief • Klaviyo technical setup: define send and exclusion segmentation • Pre-send quality control: validate segments, subject lines, and offers before each send • Client relationship: prepare and lead monthly client meetings • Production collaboration: coordinate with the Specialist, Co-writers (CoReds), Designers, and Video Editors

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in email marketing / CRM for e-commerce • Proficiency in Klaviyo: segments, flows, campaigns, profile properties, conditional logic • Understanding of e-commerce subscription mechanics (SKUs, recurring/replenishment orders, upsell / downsell) and the Shopify ecosystem • Solid fundamentals in deliverability and email performance analysis (open rate / order rate, impact of formats, etc.) • Comfortable using Figma to brief and annotate mockups • Excellent written French
