📋 Description

• Own the Apple Search Ads strategy for Spark and Calendars end-to-end, including keyword research, campaign structure, bidding, budget allocation, and scaling across markets • Continuously test and optimize campaigns to achieve target CPA/ROAS and volume goals • Drive App Store Optimization strategy, including keyword research, metadata optimization, localization, creative assets, and product page experimentation • Monitor rankings, category placement, competitor activity, and App Store algorithm changes, converting findings into action plans • Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data/Analytics teams to align ASA/ASO efforts with growth and monetization goals • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and report on spend, installs, CPA, conversion rate, keyword rankings, and overall ASA/ASO performance • Manage budgets across multiple markets and prioritize investment based on performance and opportunity • Stay current on Apple ad platform updates, App Store policy changes, and industry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience running Apple Search Ads campaigns at scale, ideally for consumer mobile apps • Proven App Store Optimization experience, including keyword research tools such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, FoxData, or similar • Experience with metadata optimization and creative testing • Strong analytical skills • Comfortable working with App Store Connect, MMPs such as Adjust or AppsFlyer, and BI tools • Experience managing meaningful ad budgets and multi-market campaigns • Understanding of mobile app funnels, LTV, CPA, user acquisition, and monetization strategy • Excellent English communication skills and ability to present results and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders • Structured, hypothesis-driven testing approach • Curiosity and willingness to keep experimenting as the App Store evolves
