📋 Description

• Liderar la coordinación de los procesos de recertificación de accesos • Coordinar y gestionar las respuestas a auditorías • Planificar, coordinar y dar seguimiento a las pruebas de Disaster Recovery Testing (DRT) • Gestionar el portafolio de iniciativas de Back Office • Planificar y hacer seguimiento a proyectos e iniciativas • Fortalecer los procesos de gobierno, documentación y mejora continua • Coordinar actividades con equipos funcionales y técnicos • Promover buenas prácticas de gobierno y control

🎯 Requirements

• Experiencia en ERP, sistemas de gestión financiera, tesorería o Back Office • Conocimiento de Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workiva, SWIFT Connector, JPM H2H, flujos de datos financieros, integraciones y ecosistema técnico • Familiaridad con integraciones en Salesforce (SF) • Experiencia con ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams y herramientas enterprise de planificación o gestión de portafolio • Inglés C1 • Deseable: ITSM • Deseable: Gestión de cambios • Deseable: Gobierno operacional
