📋 Description
• Liderar la coordinación de los procesos de recertificación de accesos. • Coordinar y gestionar las respuestas a auditorías. • Planificar, coordinar y dar seguimiento a las pruebas de Disaster Recovery Testing (DRT). • Gestionar el portafolio de iniciativas de Back Office. • Planificar y hacer seguimiento a proyectos e iniciativas. • Fortalecer los procesos de gobierno, documentación y mejora continua. • Coordinar actividades con equipos funcionales y técnicos. • Promover buenas prácticas de gobierno y control.
🎯 Requirements
• Experiencia en ERP, sistemas de gestión financiera, tesorería o Back Office. • Conocimiento de Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workiva, SWIFT Connector, JPM H2H, flujos de datos financieros, integraciones y ecosistema técnico. • Familiaridad con integraciones en Salesforce (SF). • Experiencia con ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams y herramientas enterprise de planificación o gestión de portafolio. • Inglés C1. • Deseable: ITSM. • Deseable: Gestión de cambios. • Deseable: Gobierno operacional.
