• A Bachelors degree • Completed, accredited 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, TEYL, or CELTA certification (or sign up for our globally recognized in-house program!) • At least 2 years of online English teaching experience • Tech-savvy with a quiet, professional teaching setup • **Non-Negotiable Technical Setup:** • **PC:** Intel ® Core™ i5, 8GB RAM or higher • **Internet:** Fibre connection with 20 Mbps upload/download via LAN cable • **Backup Power:** UPS with 4–5 hours battery life (essential in areas with power interruptions) • **Audio/Video:** Noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam
