📋 Description

• Serve as the technical owner for regulatory reporting to the Central Bank of Brazil (Bacen), preparing, reviewing, and submitting DLO, DDR, DLI, DRM, and DRL reports. • Ensure deadlines, quality, and consistency across accounting, financial, management, and regulatory data. • Lead the configuration and maintenance of COSIF accounts in risk systems. • Ensure the proper classification of credit, market, and operational risk exposures, the appropriate assignment of Risk Weights (FPRs), and compliance with CMN Resolutions No. 4,955 and 4,966 and related regulations. • Calculate and monitor capital requirements — RWACPAD, RWAMPAD, and RWAOPAD. • Monitor Basel ratios, minimum capital, buffers, and the leverage ratio, anticipating capital and liquidity pressures. • Track regulatory changes issued by the CMN, BCB, CVM, and Federal Revenue Service. • Assess the regulatory impacts on capital, liquidity, and processes, and lead the implementation of required adjustments. • Serve as the technical reference for the area, guiding analysts, sharing best practices, and increasing automation and process controls for regulatory activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field. • Solid experience (guideline: 7+ years) in capital, regulatory, and/or liquidity risk at a financial institution, payment institution, or regulated fintech. • Strong knowledge of Bacen/CMN prudential regulations, including RWA calculations for credit, market, and operational risk, the Basel ratio, capital buffers, and the leverage ratio. • Experience with capital plans, stress testing, and supporting Bacen inspections and audits. • Ability to create executive presentations and risk indicators for committees and senior leadership. • Preferred: postgraduate qualification in Risk Management, Banking Regulation, or Finance. • Preferred: knowledge of the Matera Risk system. • Preferred: Python and SQL skills for automating regulatory calculations and reports. • Technical rigor and attention to detail. • Analytical thinking and a systems perspective. • Executive communication skills. • Regulatory adaptability. • Cross-functional collaboration.
