📋 Description

• Design, operate, and enhance access controls for human and non-human identities across corporate applications and cloud environments. • Manage the identity and access lifecycle — joiner, mover, and leaver — as well as access governance in SailPoint. • Model roles and policies, define segregation of duties, and manage access certification campaigns. • Lead privileged access management, including inventory, just-in-time access provisioning, approval, rotation, monitoring, and review. • Manage service accounts, bots, integrations, API keys, tokens, and application credentials. • Integrate applications with IDM solutions using SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and connectors; control applications that use local authentication. • Administer identities, groups, organizational units, SSO, and MFA in Google Workspace. • Review and reduce privileges in AWS IAM, addressing excessive access, long-lived credentials, and orphaned accounts. • Create and maintain N8N automations for integrations, requests, approvals, provisioning, and deprovisioning. • Contribute to Zero Trust architecture through explicit verification, conditional access, MFA, and context- and risk-based reviews. • Conduct access reviews, support audits, provide evidence, and remediate deviations with the responsible teams. • Define access metrics and propose data-driven improvements. • Provide technical support to analysts and partner teams while documenting standards and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid, proven experience in identity and access management (IAM/IGA) within a corporate environment, preferably at a technology or financial services company. • Hands-on experience with SailPoint (IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud), including connectors, rules, workflows, and access certifications. • Strong command of Google Workspace administration, including directory, groups, SSO, MFA, and security policies. • Experience managing privileged access (PAM), including administrative accounts, credential vaults, just-in-time access, and password and key rotation. • Experience managing service accounts and non-human identities in cloud and on-premises environments. • Practical knowledge of integrating applications with IDM solutions using SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and connectors. • Practical knowledge of AWS IAM, including policies, roles, federation, permissions boundaries, and permission analysis. • Experience building automations and integrations with N8N or an equivalent low-code orchestration tool, including API and webhook consumption. • Understanding of RBAC, ABAC, segregation of duties, and compliance and audit requirements. • Strong knowledge and practical application of need-to-know, least privilege, and Zero Trust principles. • Nice to have: CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager; Python or JavaScript; Okta or Entra ID; SailPoint or AWS Security certifications; experience with the Central Bank of Brazil, PCI DSS, or ISO 27001; automation and AI for access management.
