📋 Description

• Operating and administering SAP Cloud ALM • Monitoring, alerting, and operational transparency • Incident & problem management support • Dashboard, KPI, and reporting creation • Integration into SAP operations and ITSM processes • Defining operational processes and runbooks • Coaching and enabling internal colleagues on Cloud ALM topics

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM, SAP operations, or monitoring environments • Understanding of SAP landscapes (on-premise, cloud, hybrid) • Service-oriented and analytical mindset • Strong English communication skills • German is nice to have but not required
