âą Provide first-class customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues quickly and professionally âą Guide clients through our services, ensuring a smooth and seamless user experience âą Troubleshoot technical concerns and offer effective solutions âą Stay up to date with our products, services, and policies to deliver accurate assistance âą Record and manage client interactions in the support system for reporting and follow-ups âą Partner with internal teams to resolve complex cases and continuously improve the customer journey âą Contribute to the creation of support resources, including FAQs and user guides âą Track and analyze support trends to recommend improvements
âą Minimum 1 year of customer support experience âą Background in Forex trading (1+ year) is a strong advantage âą Fluent in English (advanced or near-native level) âą Knowledge of an additional language (Spanish, Arabic, Farsi, German, Tagalog, Hindi, Portuguese, etc.) is a plus âą Strong communication skills, both written and verbal âą Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail âą Comfortable working both independently and as part of a fast-paced team âą Proficient with customer support tools and software âą Ability to stay resilient and multitask effectively under pressure
