📋 Description

• Manage QuickBooks Online and accurately allocate incoming and outgoing payments • Log all incoming invoices • Reconcile bank accounts regularly • Prepare supplier payment schedules for final approval • Check and verify carer timesheets to prepare accurate payroll information • Produce comprehensive monthly financial reports • Track client income and expenses • File invoices in designated digital directories • Support the finance team in overseeing transactions across the annual budget • Maintain ledgers and perform account reconciliations for a care agency overseeing 130 payroll carers and 200 active clients

🎯 Requirements

• Previous UK bookkeeping experience • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Excellent command of written and spoken English • Ability to work independently • Ability to meet strict deadlines • Ability to maintain structured records • Based in South Africa • Availability for flexible part-time hours of 10–20 hours per week, including some UK business-hour availability
