📋 Description

• Establish, structure, and maintain the Discord community, including welcome flows, moderation rules, automated tools, and weekly engagement routines • Personally onboard trial and VIP users • Ensure community showcase posts receive responses within 24 hours • Represent the organisation at digital and in-person gaming events • Build relationships with developers and technical artists • Produce short video tutorials, quickstart clips, prompt resources, and community showcase highlights • Author and schedule weekly LinkedIn content, including launch follow-ups, member spotlights, product demonstrations, and event invitations • Maintain a structured content calendar for consistent video and public-post publishing • Convert community engagement into case studies, user testimonials, and feedback loops • Prospect, qualify, and convert users to monthly subscriptions across community and LinkedIn channels • Identify white-glove and studio-scale opportunities and book qualified meetings for enterprise license discussions • Execute outreach sequences, manage lead qualification, and maintain accurate CRM pipeline data • Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and collaborate with strategic advisors

🎯 Requirements

• Practical understanding of character creation pipelines for games, including modelling, rigging, texturing, variation costs, and engine integration (Unreal Engine or Unity) • Strong technical communication skills to converse effectively with technical artists and studio developers • Written English fluency with an ability to communicate clearly and promptly • Proven self-starter capability with a track record of owning operational outcomes in small team environments • Highly organised approach to tracking conversations and managing follow-ups independently • Hands-on experience using Claude (or other LLM tools) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations • Marketing and sales experience across outreach, lead qualification, and deal support • Demonstrated passion for the gaming industry and active engagement with gaming culture • Proven experience building or managing online communities (such as Discord, Reddit, or developer forums) • Proficiency with Discord, Claude, LinkedIn, CRM systems, screen recording, and basic video editing tools
