📋 Description

• Perform monthly accounting for multiple clients • Do personal tax, company tax, and provisional tax • Maintain and organise financial records and supporting documentation • Assist with month-end close procedures and preparation of financial reports • Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely payments and collections • Assist with VAT/GST calculations, submissions, and compliance where applicable • Investigate and resolve discrepancies and accounting issues • Assist with provisional tax calculations and submissions • Handle payroll processing depending on experience • Perform year-end journals and financials

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification as an added advantage • At least 8 years’ proven experience working as a bookkeeper is required • Strong working knowledge of SAGE and PASTEL is a minimum requirement
