📋 Description

• Administer and operate SAP Basis and SAP S/4HANA systems • Perform SAP HANA administration and monitoring • Manage incidents, problems, and changes • Analyze system performance and troubleshoot issues • Manage certificates and SAP Cloud Connector • Monitor and manage SAP landscapes using SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) • Manage SAP operations, administration, releases, and lifecycles • Manage Transport Management (CTS) and releases • Support cutover and go-live activities • Manage patches and upgrades

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in SAP Basis and S/4HANA operations • Strong knowledge of SAP Basis administration and SAP S/4HANA system administration • Experience in SAP system operations and SAP HANA administration and monitoring • Proven experience in incident, problem, and change management • Strong skills in performance analysis and troubleshooting • Experience in certificate management and SAP Cloud Connector • Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) for monitoring and operations management • Experience with monitoring, alerting, and SAP landscape management • Knowledge of SAP operations and administration, including release and lifecycle management • Experience with Transport Management (CTS) and release management • Experience in cutover and go-live management • Knowledge of patch and upgrade management • Fluency in both German and English • Nice to have: Experience with SAP Cloud and RISE, including RISE with SAP • Nice to have: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition (PCE) • Nice to have: Experience operating hybrid SAP landscapes • Nice to have: Knowledge of SAP BTP administration • Nice to have: Experience with global account and subaccount management • Nice to have: Knowledge of role and authorization concepts • Nice to have: Experience in service and platform administration • Nice to have: Knowledge of connectivity and security
