📋 Description

• Update and monitor daily and projected cash flow • Forecast cash inflows and outflows • Report the financial position to management • Review payment slips and tax payment forms before payment • Organize payment receipts and monitor due dates to avoid interest and penalties • Manage multiple bank accounts • Record transactions and process settlements across multiple banks • Reconcile credit cards and fees, and verify bank charges • Monitor the aging list of overdue customers • Develop collection strategies and negotiate payment terms • Send documents to the accounting department • Review financial reports and support the month-end close • Standardize processes and create internal controls • Organize documents digitally in Drive/OneDrive • Monitor financial KPIs • Prepare monthly financial position reports and support the preparation of financial reports • Analyze basic operating expenses • Organize and improve the department’s internal processes • Provide essential support to the finance team and help clients maintain a solid and transparent financial foundation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration • Previous experience as a Financial BPO Specialist, even if brief, in administrative or financial operations • Experience with the following systems: Domínio, Nibo, PayBPO, Bom Controle, Omie, and Conta Azul • Three to five years of professional experience preferred • Financial training or certification courses are a plus • Availability to work Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. • Knowledge of cash flow management • Knowledge of accounts receivable and delinquency management • Knowledge of reviewing tax payment forms, payment slips, and financial reports • Knowledge of credit card and fee reconciliation • Knowledge of digital document organization using Drive/OneDrive
