📋 Description

• Represent Red Bull as a product and brand ambassador • Drive brand image and product understanding on campus and in the region • Invite product trial and awareness through product sampling • Answer consumer questions and concerns • Build and execute an innovative campus plan engaging university students • Establish and maintain relationships with key local individuals • Drive brand engagement through authentic social media content • Work at Red Bull and supported events to create memorable consumer experiences • Build relationships with local sales account managers • Ensure Red Bull is available and visible in outlets • Open new distribution points on campus and beyond in collaboration with sales • Use Red Bull assets to maintain brand awareness in sales accounts • Ensure defined store standards are executed perfectly • Share ideas and collaborate through face-to-face and online interaction • Plan and accurately report activities through the dedicated online platform • Provide local insights, trends and opportunities to help develop the media business

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills • Charismatic, energetic, positive and outgoing personality • Highly approachable and social, with the ability to relate to different people • Thorough understanding of the university, city and region, including behind-the-scenes activities and hot-spots • Creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit • High sense of responsibility and initiative • Ability to manage part-time work and studies • Ideally available to work some evenings and weekends • Affinity and desire to learn and apply marketing, negotiation and sales skills • Connected with influential groups and individuals on campus • Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product • Driver’s License preferred • Event/project management skills and affinity to work behind the scenes • Great team player • Available to flexibly work part-time, including evenings and weekends
