📋 Description

• Design highly available Azure networking solutions across Azure, GCP, and on-premises environments • Design monitoring with KQL, Azure Workbooks, Alerts, and Azure Connection Monitor • Modernize network security using Azure Firewall Premium, Network Security Groups, micro-segmentation, and enterprise standards • Establish Infrastructure as Prompt alongside Infrastructure as Code • Design governance guardrails using Azure Policies, Blueprints, and enterprise governance standards • Develop decentralized network management concepts while maintaining security • Develop disaster recovery strategies, automated failover testing, and recovery simulations • Integrate Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, and network telemetry to detect and respond to cyber threats • Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams on troubleshooting, connectivity, and routing • Prepare architectural recommendations and decision papers • Explore Zero Trust Network Access technologies including Microsoft Entra Private Access and Global Secure Access

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in Azure networking, including Azure Firewall, ExpressRoute, Virtual WAN, BGP, Private Link, and enterprise Hub & Spoke architectures • Experience with Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, KQL, Azure Monitor, and cloud observability • Ability to build intelligent monitoring, automate threat detection, and proactively respond to security incidents • Interest in Infrastructure as Prompt, AI-assisted infrastructure management, and intelligent network automation • Experience with Google Cloud networking, Sophos Firewall, or enterprise on-premises networking desired • Passion for learning technologies, sharing knowledge, simplifying complex networking topics, and helping engineering teams build secure, scalable solutions
