📋 Description

• Build and shape the new Marketing Data & Measurement team • Own and drive the Marketing Data Product roadmap • Translate Marketing and Marketing Analytics measurement strategy into scalable products and capabilities • Develop Attribution, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and incrementality-testing products • Own the technical foundation of Marketing Data Products • Work with Data Engineering and IT to develop data models, pipelines and integrations of new data sources • Translate business challenges into product opportunities and prioritize features • Drive adoption and measurable business value through product metrics, stakeholder feedback and business KPIs • Act as the key interface between Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Data Engineering and IT • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product teams, Data Engineers, Analysts and technical stakeholders • Manage backlog, priorities, sprints and stakeholder expectations using Jira and Confluence • Enable scalable and reliable marketing analytics through modern, accessible, reusable and trustworthy data products • Establish data quality and governance standards for reliability, consistency and accessibility

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within Marketing Analytics, MarTech or Data Products • Ideally experience building or leading cross-functional teams • Strong understanding of marketing and e-commerce, including performance marketing, brand marketing, CRM, customer retention and data-driven commercial decisions • Hands-on experience with Attribution, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and incrementality testing • Strong understanding of modern data platforms and technologies, particularly Databricks, dbt and Power BI • Ability to collaborate with technical teams on data models, pipelines and integrations • Proven experience in agile environments, including backlog management, sprint planning and stakeholder coordination using Jira and Confluence • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and explain complex technical concepts and measurement methodologies to senior and C-level stakeholders • Hands-on, product-driven mindset at the intersection of Marketing, Data and IT • Fluent English and German • Experience in e-commerce, retail or healthcare/pharmaceutical industry is a strong advantage
