📋 Description

• Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines with embedded security testing and controls • Enable engineering teams to work efficiently and securely • Strengthen application and cloud-native security across Kubernetes and containerized environments • Identify risks and implement practical security controls with development teams • Translate security requirements into guardrails, standards and solutions for AI/ML, MLOps and Data Science teams • Continuously identify and assess vulnerabilities • Support vulnerability prioritization and collaborate with application teams on mitigation and remediation • Contribute to security testing, rollout and observability • Advise teams on emerging security issues • Explore tooling and automation to strengthen application security

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience as a DevSecOps / Application Security Engineer • Senior/Staff-level technical depth and independence • Experience securing applications and software development across cloud-native and Kubernetes environments • Hands-on experience with CI/CD security and GitHub, GitLab or comparable tooling • Experience automating security guardrails, testing and checks within development pipelines • Expertise in application and cloud-native security • Kubernetes and container security experience • Vulnerability management and CVE experience • Experience with security scanning, triage/prioritization and remediation workflows • Shift-left mindset and experience working closely with developers • Experience with Python and Data & AI/ML environments is a plus
