📋 Description

• Shape the advertiser self-service experience for brands, agencies, and marketplace partners • Define advertising integration across the customer journey, including Sponsored Product placements on search, category, and product detail pages • Develop advertising formats and propositions across onsite and offsite channels • Improve advertiser workflows and user journeys with Design • Drive product discovery and experimentation using advertiser feedback, customer behaviour, and performance data • Partner with Engineering and product teams to translate business needs into scalable capabilities and manage technical dependencies • Manage roadmap and prioritisation • Measure success through advertiser adoption, usability, campaign performance, customer engagement, and advertising revenue • Build and scale advertiser- and customer-facing products for Redcare Pharmacy’s Retail Media business

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 5–7 years of product management experience • Experience ideally within Retail Media, AdTech, marketing technology, e-commerce, or B2B digital platforms • Experience owning customer-facing or B2B products end to end, from discovery and roadmap development through launch and optimisation • Ability to design and improve complex workflows and create intuitive experiences for business users or consumers • Understanding of digital advertising, marketing, or e-commerce, including campaign management and advertising performance • Ability to work closely with Engineering and Design, understand technical dependencies, and make informed product trade-offs • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate competing priorities across technical and commercial teams • Commercial mindset, comfort working with ambiguity, and ability to use data and customer insights to prioritise opportunities and measure success • Experience with Sponsored Products, Retail Media networks, or advertiser self-service platforms is nice to have • Experience designing products for advertisers, merchants, sellers, or agencies is nice to have • Exposure to search, recommendations, personalisation, or e-commerce monetisation is nice to have • Experience building digital products or platforms from 0 to 1 is nice to have
