📋 Description

• Lead the full stack Product Catalogs team responsible for Reddit's advertiser-facing experience • Build UIs, APIs, and backend systems that manage advertisers' products • Create a world-class catalogs system capable of scaling to billions of products • Work with product managers and designers to craft compelling user experiences • Collaborate with teams including Ad Formats and Ad Delivery for end-to-end product ads delivery • Establish and manage SLAs within the team • Mentor team members and advocate for the team cross-functionally • Contribute to team strategy and future planning

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in backend or full stack product development • 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams • Highly technical, with the ability to solve complex team problems while guiding the team toward solutions • Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions and solve problems • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fully-remote environment • Ability to discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences • Must be able to work with stakeholders mostly based in North America
