📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert at the customer site • Answer questions about best practices across topics like reliability and scalability • Lead on-site delivery and implementation of Red Hat technology • Adapt to changing customer requirements and respond to incidents professionally • Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, software specification and design, testing, and deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of experience in a consulting role or similar • Experience or knowledge of infrastructure and cloud technologies • Foundational awareness of modern application development practices and software delivery life cycle • Good customer-facing skills; ability to present to customers and guide interactions • Knowledge of Red Hat infrastructure solutions (e.g., Red Hat Satellite, Red Hat Virtualization, etc.) is a plus • Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) or Engineer (RHCE) certification is a plus
