📋 Description

• Guide each customer through Red Wing Shoe Company’s Ultimate Fit Experience • Recommend appropriate accessories and educate customers on product benefits • Generate industrial sales leads • Achieve and exceed daily productivity and sales goals • Maintain sales floor presentation, store signage, and housekeeping standards • Maintain proficiency in product knowledge, technical standards, and operating standards through continuous learning • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organizational standards and legal regulations • Provide direct support in daily retail store operations • Maintain knowledge of RWSC electronic communication software • Establish, follow, and enforce organization quality system standards • Uphold Red Wing Shoe Company’s core values and policies • Perform additional duties as required • Build collaborative relationships with key people with whom you work or interact

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience • Must be age 18+ within 30 days of application • 1-2 years relevant experience • Results oriented • Effective written/verbal communication • Computer utilization • Thorough knowledge of Red Wing Shoe Company’s mission, values, and organization structure (desirable) • Profit and loss knowledge (desirable) • Problem solving (desirable) • Retail footwear knowledge (desirable) • Ability to lift 50 pounds • Ability to bend/squat to lace shoes, lift overhead, twist, climb a ladder, and stand for long periods • Ability to perform housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, mopping and waxing floors, washing windows, using disinfectant chemicals, discarding trash, maintaining recycling, and installing/maintaining furniture, fixtures, and displays • Satisfactory background check • Must work in a retail store environment
