📋 Description

• Process and manage accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner. • Prepare and execute weekly payment runs through banking platforms. • Review and approve employee expenses in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Review payroll information and support payroll-related accounting processes. • Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions. • Respond to internal finance and accounting inquiries from employees and stakeholders. • Support the continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls. • Assist with recurring accounting activities and other finance-related projects as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles. • Professional fluency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work autonomously and manage responsibilities independently. • Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset. • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. • Dutch language skills (nice to have). • Experience working in international companies (nice to have). • Experience in technology, digital media, AdTech, or fast-growing business environments (nice to have).
