📋 Description

• Advise internal teams on legal risks and help them find practical, workable solutions • Support the legal team in everyday work, including contract drafting and commercial law requests • Support new market entries, product launches, and strategic initiatives • Own and improve legal processes, templates, and documentation • Oversee drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts with suppliers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders • Ensure contracts protect the company’s interests and comply with relevant laws and regulations • Enable business opportunities while ensuring legal compliance and mitigating legal and regulatory risks across the European e-commerce marketplace

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of work experience in an in-house legal department or law firm • Knowledge of e-commerce or Austrian corporate law is a plus • Solid generalist background with broad experience across commercial law and compliance • Motivation to tackle legal projects in other domains relevant to refurbed’s business • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German • Additional language skills, such as Italian, are a plus • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to anticipate legal risks and develop proactive solutions • Proven project and stakeholder-management skills • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment • Degree in Austrian / German Law • Experience in Austrian law is required • Valid right to work in Europe, including the UK
