📋 Description

• Inbound first-level support for existing customers • Technical customer support for TV, telephone and internet issues • Needs-based product consultation and contract optimizations

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of call center experience • Ideally experience in technical support for Vodafone • At least 1 year of sales experience • Consistently achieve sales targets • Able to maintain reliable working hours • No secondary employment allowed • Very good German skills (C1 level) • Reside in Germany
