📋 Description

• Gestionar e implementar soluciones SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. • Diseñar la solución técnica según requerimientos del cliente. • Configurar reglas de negocio en el sistema. • Coordinar actividades con el equipo de proyecto y PM. • Gestionar relación con el cliente, incluyendo resolución de incidencias. • Identificar riesgos y proponer acciones preventivas. • Capacitar usuarios finales cuando el proyecto lo requiera.

🎯 Requirements

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en SAP HCM (especialización en Payroll). • Experiencia en implementación de nómina (Excluyente) • Formación ideal en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Industrial o carrera afín (no excluyente, pero altamente valorado). • Perfil técnico sólido, con lógica de procesos y pensamiento estructurado. • Capacidad de trabajo autónomo y orientación a resultados. • Inglés intermedio deseable (no excluyente).
