📋 Description

• Continue and continuously develop the LinkedIn outreach strategy • Identify relevant contacts and guide them through the funnel to a booked meeting • Turn content interactions into conversations • Gradually automate the outreach process and build and optimize AI workflows • Review and create lead magnets for HR and talent teams • Build an automated content flow for relokate’s company profile on LinkedIn • Repurpose existing content to maintain a consistent social media presence • Test messaging and further develop outreach based on data • Analyze reports from LinkedIn, Google Search Console, and outreach tools • Identify trends, assess performance, and derive concrete strategic recommendations • Work directly with the management team, the marketing team, and a specialized LinkedIn agency

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student • Ideally studying at a technology- or entrepreneurship-focused university such as CODE University Berlin, or having a comparable mindset • AI-native mindset and regular use of AI tools and automation • Strong technical understanding • Entrepreneurial and process-oriented approach to work • Fluency in English and German is essential • Willingness to get started immediately and take ownership
