📋 Description

• Conduct research and analyze user and business needs to create effective interfaces with a focus on onboarding journeys. • Gather and interpret user feedback and data to inform design decisions. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and target audience. • Create wireframes, layouts, and designs that meet user requirements and business goals, with strong creativity in UI to enhance onboarding flows and AI feature interactions. • Adapt designs for various devices and screen sizes. • Ensure design adherence to UX/UI principles and best practices, particularly for highly engaging and intuitive interactions. • Develop interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts with users. • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs. • Define optimal navigation flows and interactions for websites and applications. • Ensure seamless user experiences by considering information architecture and user journeys. • Maintain design consistency and adhere to technical requirements during the development process. • Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, preferably with hands-on experience at tech startups, especially those with a heavy focus on UX. • A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs and successful projects. • Design Skills: Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools. Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and the ability to create high-quality user interfaces. • Device Adaptation and Trends: Experience in adapting designs for various devices. Knowledge of UX/UI design trends and a strong desire to learn and grow in this field. • User Research and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, including conducting user research and analyzing data. Ability to gather insights and apply them to design solutions. • Proficiency in English is a must. • Adept at cross-cultural communication: Being a completely remote company, we’re working with people from different cultures across different time-zones. You will need to have a strong aptitude for proactive cross-cultural communication. • Systematic and Strong Time Management: We have lots to achieve together as a team, and at times, you will need to be able to manage your time and priorities for yourself, and by yourself. • Knack for Design Thinking: Our customers are at the heart of what we do.
