📋 Description
• Perform general bookkeeping, including data entry and bank reconciliation • Assist with financial reporting and basic analysis • Handle accounts payables and support tax compliance documentation (preferred) • Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing • Collaborate with internal accounting and finance teams • Manage end-to-end accounts receivable process (invoicing to reconciliation) • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain AR ledgers • Follow up with clients professionally on overdue invoices • Handle client queries regarding payments and terms • Implement effective collection strategies in line with compliance standards • Generate AR reports and suggest improvements to AR workflows
🎯 Requirements
• Around five years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting • Strong background in accounts receivable processes (AU experience preferred) • Proficiency in Xero • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote teams • Strong English skills (verbal and written)
