📋 Description

• Own the product strategy and roadmap from problem definition through delivery and iteration • Lead discovery with Payroll, Operations, and partner teams • Partner with engineering and design on problem discovery and solution design • Improve how payroll calculation issues, reporting gaps, and partner connectivity problems are surfaced and resolved • Own the payroll calculation and reporting layer, ensuring outputs are accurate, clear, and understandable • Build and maintain country-specific payroll and compliance knowledge base • Maintain partner connectivity across payroll partners and ensure reliable data flows and integrations

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in product, with experience owning complex B2B SaaS or HR-tech/fintech products: payroll, compliance, integrations, or financial operations • Strong product fundamentals • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Concise communication skills • Experience with platform-level products involving data models, integrations, and cross-service dependencies • Strong operational understanding of payroll accuracy, reporting reliability, partner connectivity, and customer trust • Ability to define and revisit success metrics • Comfort operating in ambiguous, cross-functional environments • Experience working in a high-trust, autonomous team structure • Ability to leverage AI as a force multiplier without outsourcing judgement • Hands-on experience with payroll partner integrations or global compliance data is advantageous
