📋 Description

• Create high-volume short-form videos for Instagram Reels, producing multiple videos per day • Work across talking-head videos, trending formats, and value-driven content that hooks viewers in the first few seconds • Cover stories about non-technical people who vibe coded apps and started making money • Explain how SnapDev helps people build AI startups • Address common problems builders face and how they get unstuck • Research stories using SnapDev's internal database and raw story material • Write original scripts, or work from provided briefs with collaborative revisions • Potentially create longer-form content in the future

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally someone who can come up with ideas, script, shoot and edit • If they're strong on camera and can handle light editing, that works too • Someone great on camera with a solid understanding of content and what performs is also a fit, but we'd prefer one of the first two • Confident and natural on camera, with fluent English since the audience is US-based • Moves fast, takes ownership and works closely with the team
