📋 Description

• Collaborate with the client to understand event themes, objectives, and requirements • Develop detailed 3D event concepts, including layouts, stage designs, decor, lighting, and overall ambiance • Ensure designs are innovative yet feasible, considering space, budget, and logistical constraints • Iterate and refine designs based on client feedback to meet and exceed expectations • Stay informed on industry trends and integrate the latest design techniques and tools • Deliver high-quality concepts within project timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Concept 3D Designer, ideally with a focus on event design • Proficiency in 3D design software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or similar • A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create compelling event concepts from themes provided by clients • Exceptional creativity, with a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of event design principles • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively within given constraints • Experience in virtual event design is a plus • Submit a resume and portfolio showcasing previous work in event concept design
