📋 Description

• Create engaging and polished PowerPoint presentations communicating clients' messages and goals • Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets, including pivot tables and formulas • Assist in coordinating and tracking client projects • Analyze data and generate insightful reports with recommendations • Prepare organized documents and reports • Identify process improvements and propose practical productivity solutions • Maintain regular client contact, provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel • Proficient in Google Workspace and other relevant tools • Strong ability to analyze data and present it in a clear and actionable way • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients • Meticulous attention to detail • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
