📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing cross-functional Salesforce implementation team across multiple locations • Oversee consultants, developers, administrators, solution architects, and marketing automation specialists • Ensure projects are scoped accurately, executed effectively, delivered on time, and aligned with client expectations and quality standards • Optimize team processes • Manage escalations • Drive exceptional customer satisfaction • Manage multiple simultaneous projects and large-scale client engagements • Conduct resource planning, time tracking, utilization reporting, and delivery KPI management

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce implementation experience (consulting or client-side) • 3+ years leading technical or consulting teams, preferably remote or geographically distributed • Strong knowledge of Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud (MCAE & MCE) • Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and large-scale client engagements • Experience with resource planning, time tracking, utilization reporting, and delivery KPIs • Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels • Resumes must be submitted in English • Salesforce certifications (nice to have) • Experience at a Salesforce partner agency or professional-services organization (nice to have) • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Wrike, etc.) (nice to have) • Experience managing US, LATAM, or offshore teams (nice to have)
