📋 Description

• Steer an AI dispatch agent to schedule work, analyze tasks and routes, and perform data deep-dives • Route field technicians based on guest complaints, work approval status, availability, and skillset match • Keep maintenance tasks moving until they are closed and accounted for • Coordinate maintenance issues affecting same-day housekeeping turnovers • Respond to guest complaints by dispatching technicians in real time • Confirm technician attendance the night before, the morning of, and one hour before scheduled work • Call vendors to schedule work, clarify scope, and follow up on jobs • Confirm completed work and outstanding items with vendors • Close every task the same day with materials, labor, costs, and summaries logged according to SOP • Submit vendor invoices during the same week the work occurs • Verify that departments are paid for completed work and owners are not overcharged • Hold technicians accountable for routes and tasks • Adapt dispatch priorities as conditions change • Identify recurring operational problems and improve the dispatch system and AI agent

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to overlap workday by at least 4 hours with Denver, CO, USA • Must respond to every Slack message within 5 minutes • Strong follow-through and ability to work under pressure • Ability to triage, reschedule, and manage shifting priorities in real time • Comfort with numbers, materials, labor, costs, and vendor invoices • Sharp situational awareness across technicians, vendors, and properties • Critical thinking and judgment to identify recurring problems and improve systems • Ability to use and steer an AI dispatch agent • Resume submission required • 2–3 minute application video discussing skillset, job interpretation, and suitability; demonstrate phone presence and thinking on one's feet
